Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) would be a plus.
2+ years of experience in account management, customer support, or a related customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
Passion for music and an understanding of the needs and interests of musicians and music educators.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
