Requirements

  • Comfortable using customer support software and systems.

  • A passion for music or a background in the music industry is desirable.

  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

  • Willingness to adapt to changing processes and procedures.

  • Communicating in fluent English
