Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)(optional).
Proven experience in a senior customer support leadership role, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a strategic capacity.
Strong understanding of customer support best practices, customer relationship management, and service excellence.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing customer support teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Proficiency in customer support tools and systems, including helpdesk software, CRM, and analytics platforms.
A passion for music or a background in the music industry is a significant plus.
