Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or computer-related degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.

  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

  • Familiarity with web-based applications and troubleshooting web browser-related issues.

  • Experience with sheet music software or music-related technologies is desirable but not required.

  • Comfortable using customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus (Intercom, Helpscout, Liveagent, Freshdesk, etc).

  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

  • Communicate in fluent English
