Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or computer-related degree is a plus.
Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
Familiarity with web-based applications and troubleshooting web browser-related issues.
Experience with sheet music software or music-related technologies is desirable but not required.
Comfortable using customer support software and ticketing systems is a plus (Intercom, Helpscout, Liveagent, Freshdesk, etc).
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Communicate in fluent English
